I want it to get a lil bit of weight for structural integrity. This foam is super light and the concrete will go on in coats similar to paint. It should stay manageable and if it doesnt I've designed it I'm 5 pieces so I can move it easily

Well catastrophe struck! I was taking the bottom tank inside to paint the background and set up everything while the concrete was drying. I must have torqued it when I was picking it up resulting in a big crack from top to bottom. Dreams crushed!!! I just reached out to Brian and he may have exactly what I need to replace the cracked pane. Thanks Brian!!! You have no idea what that means to me. nah everything was/is square and plumb. Probably just old glass and me being careless. Bnoel came to the rescue with a pane of glass. So hopefully it wont take too much extra work to get them swapped this week. I'm still on schedule for completion sometime in 2012.
